Horn Relay
Anybody got one of these? Had a teammate dismantle his legendary horn to get a relay and got nothing. A second person tried the same, also got nothing. How does one get that horn relay to make a rare horn legendary?

From what I've come to understand, you'll have to level up your SRL rank for a chance at a horn.
