Pre-Nerf Quodron
Here's a question.
How many Guardians here remember Quodron's debut?
Follow-up question.
How many of us killed him before Bungie neutered him?
I totally forgot how much of a pain in the ass this guy was his first week. My group eventually downed him, but it took some elbow grease. A comment in these forums reminded me that he exists.
Always remember.

Edit: The creepiest part of Quodron is his grimoire. He's a Vex Gatelord, yeah, but the kicker is that he's in the prison [i]willingly[/i].

Have to admit the 1st time we beat him we used the Gjally method. This is night a boss I would ever want to face again at pre-nerf level

First week my team just Gally nuked him like damn near everyone else did once they found out you could. Never got detained. :)

He wasn't that hard in my opinion. After we looked up how to do it we finished in about 30 minutes

Wasnt that hard. Got nerfed too fast in my opinion

I finished him off without self resing or moving spots after my team died

I used VoC and Invective for the stupid shield.. buds ran Ice Breaker lol.

1 ReplyI never had a problem with the mechanics, I just hated the number of hobgobilins that spawned. Spent more time killing those bastards than shooting the boss. At least until we all had ghorn. Then we just burned him down.

I killed him before the nerf. Easily the hardest fight in PoE then, and that includes Skolas.

Very difficult, but the last time I really remember feeling challenged in PvE...

Possibly the best fight there's ever been in destiny. Really enjoyed qodron poe until they nerfed it to oblivion. I dont mean melting him in 30 seconds either...
