Only two locations and they're both just normal countries with "Neo" slapped in front. That just doesn't feel right to me.

Well, we're using real life locations for simplicity and somewhat realism. There "Neo" because it's like 2200.

That's another thing, I'd think after almost 200 years the borders would change a bit. Maybe "America" and the "Neo Confederacy," or maybe just "New Korea." And slapping "Neo" in front of something doesn't automatically make it futuristic. I could put "Neo" in front of my DS, but it's still just a DS.
