Decrypt should be based on maximum POSSIBLE light level, not current!
I just wasted an exotic engram because I forgot to change out of my racing gear. [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=weurmPt-2cI]There was never any reason for this system in the first place, and it really should be fixed.[/url]
