Not to comment on you specifically but I find Destiny very interesting as a social experiment. That it would bring someone so much joy and satisfaction for achieving so little. If I ever find myself falling into this mind set I often just take a step back and mentally put the game into context with the wider world and the things that are really important in my life. Then I put the controller down and chuckle to myself about how ridiculously insular our Destiny culture is.

If you were looking to achieve something concrete...why would you be playing a VIDEO GAME?? The OP is expressing the joy that results from reaching any sort of positive goal. The larger question is why do you feel the need to be a wet blanket on his moment of satisfaction?

So you dont believe in enjoying the little things huh? I mean if you are going to celebrate you have to sit down and calculate out the cost effectiveness of your time used to celebrate. I mean celebration is SERIOUS business! Especially when the activity you are doing is for FUN!!! Right? You are so boring it hurts.
