yep i got so -blam!-ed in the beginning of mars once where i got bumped away from the first gate and then the second as well and because of the speed decrease i could not catch up for the entire race, if that ever happens again ill just forfeit the match and use it as a trick run to get the 100 tricks landed.

I have a theory on this now. It's a grieffing counter measure. You don't directly influence the other sparrows because then it would inspire rapscallions to just ram you into walls all day. Or they couldn't make the courses difficult so they added moving walls to make it artificially difficult.
