this fix was simple and made sense in favor of not only for themselves, but their customers who've bought the book. since some people paid money to get those rewards, those things should be exclusive to them, hence the asking price, otherwise there is no reason to have bought the book at all. its a simple matter to deal with. bugs, on the other hand, are very difficult to fix because you do not know how they came to be. coding is a complicated thing and sometimes strange things happen because of a miss-placed 1.
