I've dismantled two of my [i]original[/i] Happy Horns, and didn't get a horn relay. To my knowledge, the horns are supposed to work like the masks. Are my horns glitched? Or is this not how it works? I don't want to dismantle my last legendary horn, because if I do that, I'll have to buy a package. It's not a big deal, because they're only 5 or 10 dollars. But I wasn't looking to spend money for a horn relay.
