The book issue was causing people who paid money to essentially receive nothing in return due to the fact that anyone could download the gear available. The thorn is was causing people who paid money to still be able to use thorn... Do you see why it was prioritised the way it was now? Nothing to do with Bungie's $$, but everything to do with the players's $$
