But if they fixed that in 24 hours while not fixing their e. coli problem for 8 months, that would be an issue. That's what OP is saying.

I don't know about terrible. Sure, it's quite an exaggeration, but the point still stands that if it is something Thursday benefits the customers, they brush it off, but if it is something that benefits their wallets, it's fixed immediately.
