You expect me to believe that bungie missed a typo since Nov 19
Since Nov. 19 Bungie said that auto rifles were receiving a 3%, 4%, and 7% buffs respectively. They come and stealth change the patch notes a day after to say .03%,.04%, and .07%. Bungie needs to have some integrity and be transparent. If it was a typo respond and say so. If you were afraid zhalo having a 7% buff was gamebreaking say so. You can't be sneaky and hope nobody will notice. We shouldn't be quiet about this. Don't be distracted by sparrow racing.

I once lived in an apartment complex that advertised "heated pool." The pool's heater was set for 53 degrees Fahrenheit. So it was the truth, it was heated. Not warm enough to swim in comfortably though. So they kept their word. Auto rifles were buffed. Not buffed enough to make a difference.
