I speak for the parents of kids, full time employees, we that can't play as we used to anymore!

Independent of age, skill or time we spend playing Destiny, we all admire those players who excel in all kinds of challenges, and thus, are rewarded with things only them can get. But why not to compensate the effort of dedicated players, who due many different reasons cant form a Clan, constant fire team or farm enough for some loot? There is a bunch of metrics Bungie could monitor to cross them in a system that would drop some loots, not those End-game ones, they are for those who deserve them, but loot that would at least cap us to the 300 Light level? I have a pretty decent metrics/index that could influence drops for some player profiles / situations to make any one who only plays for one hour by the end of a full day... Comments?

Your explanation is not entirely clear, but for +300 light loot there are multiple options as a part-timer that are very doable: 1. Iron Banner (put in an hour a day for the last 3-4 days and the level 5 package pretty much guarantees one item that's above 310, and level 3 gives you something above 300). Note that you absolutely do not need to be particularly good at PvP to rank up, many of the bounties require time more than skill. 2. The sparrow racing league actually gives out a lot of stuff above 290 and over the course of a couple hours I saw at least 5 armor/class items drop above 300. It lasts for 3 weeks so that's plenty of time to get some. Minimal skill required. 3. If you can get just 2 other people together for an hour at the same time the nightfall will give loot above 300 reasonably often.
