To whom it may concern, I've only had my account for about two weeks, three at most, and was quite happy to buy the Taken King Legendary Edition and see the Weapons Pack code within the plastic cover. Unfortunately, I never got them. I made sure I put the code in correctly, and read every step on the back of the little piece of paper, and even made sure the pack downloaded. If there is something that I have missed, perhaps some requirement that I have yet to achieve, I would be most appreciative to learn what it was, or what can be done to fix this problem.
