Anyone here Parkour (still)?
If so, what's your gear?
From head to toe too. GoPro?
-
I hard-core parkour
-
Occasionally
-
Nah. I'd rather just do regular running.
-
Nah, I've got more runner in me than climber. I don't think I'd be bad at it if I tried though. But I'm not the scheduled day-to-day exerciser or sport practicer anymore. Got other interests currently.
-
Not often, but I'm fairly good at it when I do.

Sorry, I'm not 15.
All jokes aside, I'm more of a "powerlifting and bodybuilding" guy myself. Parkour has never been my forte.
Edited by Eddie Fast Hands: 12/9/2015 3:41:52 AMI used to do parkour and freerunning almost every day for a period of about 8 years. I used to teach a parkour class at a gym as well. Let me tell you, the extreme stuff really -blam!-s you up. I have some pretty serious spine problems now and a bad shoulder. Always remember to practice safety and don't do a lot of extreme / physically intensive stunts because it will catch up to you later twofold. I wore whatever was comfortable. Usually just a good pair of running shoes, shorts, and a T-shirt. Parkour apparel wasn't a thing when I started training.

I used to run up a tall slide, then jump over the guardrail thing that keeps kids from falling on the slide on accident. I wore school close
-
I jumped off of a small bench once.
-
I only know the basics and nothing advance. But I usually do it with some grippy fingertip less gloves, tennis shoes, and casual stuff. (Jeans, zip up hoodie ect.)
-
Yes. I do it as part of my Ninpo discipline. We call the study "taihen jutsu"
-
Yup. I just do it for fun but my attire is usually all sweats
-
No sadly I do not
