Red Spectre
Red spectre is okay but the range is crap and there are little perks to improve this problem

Red Spectre is a 88/24 AR means it should do more damage than ARs with the same rate of fire which is 88. But it does the same damage as 8 impact auto rifles. Red Spectre is really 8/88 AR with a very low stability.
