I heard somewhere that Bungie was changing the way Legendary Mark rewards work in the Crucibles? Something about not having to be on the winning team or the all out winner to get your marks?
How about giving the losers less marks? I understand the purpose of only giving the winner marks is to get the losers to queue back up so there is always available crucible matches going on. However for those of us that really don't enjoy PVP and just do it for the marks, you'd get more of us in there if we knew we'd only have to suffer through 3-5 matches to get our marks.
Obviously don't give any marks to someone who sat there and did nothing, to avoid AFK campers from benefiting. But those of us who really do try but just can't beat those elite career PVP players, it would give us a reason to get in there and play.
AFTER THOUGHT: Yes, practice makes perfect, but for me that's not the case. I have nerve damage down my left and right arms from an accident and it affects my button pressing reflexes. And for a game with PVP that requires lightning fast reflexes, it makes a difference.
