Bodies lined the floors. The very rumor of sending in more men after the sight of the first team was enough to break any man on the ship. Place went off like a ammo dump. Lines were drawn and it was clear that the grunts held the trigger fingers. They beat the leutenants gaurding the armories to death and then came after any CO that tried to stop them. The High General put up one hell of a fight outside the Cardinal's room. managed to get a few officers to join him in a last stand as the wave of guardsmen came down on him. the things they did to that man were unbearable to describe as they tore at him like wild dogs at a freash kill. Emperor only knows what they did to the Cardinal, there was nothing left in the room besides a Chaos Star and blood.
