I bought a new Xbox 360, freshly downloaded destiny, new modem from service provider, all ports open and settings to allow max connection, and it's wired Internet. Help

This combination of errors indicates that your console is having trouble maintaining a connection to the Xbox Live service. You may also want to consider using UPnP instead of Port Forwarding (don't use both at the same time! If you use UPnP, remove any Port Forwarding rules you've created).

Try clearing the cache for your Xbox and see if that helps
