If you buy the emotes in consumable bundles you won't be able to make returns, and if you are, it could either wind up deleting your duplicate emotes from your kiosk, since returns revoke the licenses, or simply not working on duplicate emotes you've had for months now.
Bungie needs to provide details in this before it happens, so we know what's going on. If they're purposefully keeping us in the dark, something may be up.
