there's a lot of sh1t that goes on in this game that isn't even discussed, because people are focused on other things. That doesn't mean the issue isn't there. The way i know it's lag is when it hit's them but it doesn't affect till 2-3 sec later. That's how you know it's lag. It's the same thing with hc, you can shoot someone in the head and have nothing happen (that's not lag), which is why during the weapon tuning they're adjusting that by increasing the accuracy of hc.
