It's not, but think about how much sense it makes: Christmas noobs will want a head start on a game that is over a year old, and it would be a goldmine for Bungie to offer stronger shortcuts at this stage. They need the player base to grow as the game gets older and these would be a huge incentive. Spark of Light was one thing, but it does little to reduce the grind of getting one subclass leveled let alone three per class. And with the Nightfall XP buff removed and bounties nerfed it takes longer than ever to level a subclass. Having the option of spending a few bucks to save countless hours of grinding is a no brainer and they would sell like crazy. It's genius, really. Mark my words they are coming, they would be crazy not to from a business standpoint. New players would buy them and veteran players might buy shortcuts to level a subclass they've neglected. Hell, I'd use a starter pack to finally make a Warlock and I've been playing Destiny for over a year.
