A third murder has been committed. The Neo-Tokyo police chief has been found dead in an alley, a note on his body.

Nothing interesting seems to happen besides a detective checking the body.

She seems to be American, probably transferred.

An officer stops you. "Hey lady, we aren't letting random people in."

You see some officers paying a moment of silence for their dead chief before getting back to work. The note has been marked as evidence while the body remains.

[b]she walks over and inspects the body[/b]

You see that the cause of death was a blow to the head. A led pipe is picked up by an officer and confiscated as evidence.

You see some shoeprints, but no fingerprints anywhere.
