I feel the weekly updates should now be spoken by Deej in a slow voice so people like you can understand things.

To be fair, unclear wording on Bungie's part has caused an unmeasurable amout of confusion on the forums, so I'm not the only one.
if you see something you like on the Eververse store – something you’ve been meaning to pick up any day now – this is a good time to grab it. The December Update will refresh the inventory available from Tess. She’ll put the stuff you see now in some bags you can still acquire with some Silver, but their contents will be less direct and predictable
This is crystal clear, you just weren't paying too much attention

Edited by Zanithos: 12/4/2015 12:42:19 AM"Refresh" meaning... What exactly? New stuff? New prices? New layout? The phrasing, combined with the fact that they didn't satmy there would be any new emotes, is definitely a cause for concern.

One of the definitions of refresh is
revise or update
Update the inventory What does update mean?
To make something more modern or up to date
Make the inventory up to date Tess's currently inventory is old, so it's being refreshed with up to date content. Does that explain things for you?

I know what "refresh" means, it's just that after Festival Of The Lost, when Bungie mentions bags and vaguely references RNG, I can't help but feel a little bit apprehensive.
-
So why not just say that instead?

Thought I was being straightforward in my original post, sorry.
How's that for irony? :/
He doesn't know.
