In most MMO's your gear alllll becomes obsolete each Expansion and that will never 100% happen to us as at least half the exotics will scale. Find something better to complain about, if i wanted to use the SAME gear FOREVER i wouldnt play this

Destiny isn't an MMO.
-
This isnt an MMO. use a better comparison.
-
Bungie is trying to make it.
-
They arent doing a very good job at it.
-
And failing.
-
First off in an MMO when levels caps go up most things become obsolete that's what happened with TTK, second I've played MMOs where 3 expansions came out over a couple of years and all the expansion did was add tons more content and more gear to choose from no level increase and it didn't make all your gear obsolete. In one MMO I played 75 was the level cap and lvl 50 gear was still worth using. Reseting a game every couple of months gets annoying after awhile especially with RNG, what's the point spending 80% of your time in a game grinding gear that becomes obsolete in a couple months.

They aren't releasing expansion packs - they are replacement packs.

Where is the transmog then?
-
and most MMO's have a transmog.

Too bad this isn't an MMO.
-
Too bad it is.

Not completely an MMO. It takes elements of one, but not all of it. The real question should be, "WHY are they using they worst parts of an mmo?"
-
Mmo=12 max players in game at a time?
-
Instanced MMOs have population limits. Yes. That's what makes them instanced. It's rather ingenious. It spreads server and client workload. Lessens it. Limits potential interaction to drive story narratives. See: Guild Wars. World of Warcraft dungeons and raids. Destiny is not the first. It won't be the last. It's an MMO.
-
Wow has huge raids. Never played but I'm pretty sure there is like 50 people raids. That's massive. 6v6 and 6 man raids is not massive. It's not a mmo. It is a hybrid at best.

Edited by Get2DaChoppa81: 12/4/2015 2:19:38 AMYes... It is. And WoW has instances as small as 5 and as large as 40. Their PvP is 20v20 with teams assembled maxing at 5. And Guild Wars is a fully instanced small-team MMO.
-
You just explained why you're wrong...
-
Edited by Get2DaChoppa81: 12/4/2015 4:00:56 AMNope. 1 example against a persistent world MMO that uses instancing does not prove anything wrong.
-
Ok, agree to disagree. It's crap either way
-
Thats not the point, Bungie is a lying sac of shit
-
Except this isn't an MMO and if YOU choose to use other weapons and armor feel free to do so. Other people do not like this communist mentality.
-
Except this is an MMO.
-
Lmao, sure it is.

Edited by Get2DaChoppa81: 12/4/2015 12:44:23 AMOk. Glad you saw your folly and agreed and laughed it off. Because it is. Just like Guild Wars.
