49 RepliesIn most MMO's your gear alllll becomes obsolete each Expansion and that will never 100% happen to us as at least half the exotics will scale. Find something better to complain about, if i wanted to use the SAME gear FOREVER i wouldnt play this

32 RepliesOther than the jump from year one to year two, they accomplished this though... Now when you get a favorite gun, you can keep it on par with new guns via infusion. They also accomplished this in year one via Etheric Light. Not sure why the complaining.... Yes, they had one instance of rendering old gear obsolete, but it was to usher in a whole new system.

2 RepliesThe only year one weapons that should be brought back are exotics and endgame gear, as well as the endgame activities themselves. (POE, VOG. Etc.) I mean, it would be nice to have ALL of them back (SHADOW PRICE...), but something tells me they're never going to do that. However, the endgame gear needs to be modified, and brought down so they won't make every other game look pathetic. Remove those elemental off the primaries. Change the guns perks so that they're not overly powerful, unless it's in the perfect situations. Bring those guns back, but don't destroy the choice to use other guns in the process. -[i]The guy with no house.[/i]

3 RepliesBungie are shooting themselves in the foot because I for one lost the motivation to collect everything and grind for higher light level. What's the point of becoming this all powerful guardian just for your progress to be wiped. It doesn't bother me now tho, If anything they done me a favour because now I just play for fun (I'd forgotten what that was like lol) instead of being like working a 2nd job.
