Just wait, soon you will look at your favorite Sunbreaker and realize that lukewarm hammers with nerfed shotgun range are also obsolete........once enough things IN game have been nerfed into oblivion, Destiny itself will become obsolete.

Edited by Ve7n00m: 12/4/2015 10:23:37 AMBungie did things to stop people gravitating to certain Weapons in order to expand the armoury variety of your load outs 'Leaving Year 1 weapons behind' and 'removing Elemental Primaries' to stop people using the same weapons constantly, yet every Raid group I've been in all I see is Hung Jury or Raid Pulse - Black Spindle - Quillem's Terminus up to Sisters and then Touch of Malice - 1000 Yard Stare - Quillem's Terminus. All I see in PVP is Nerwin's Mercy - 1000 Yard Stare - Quillem's Terminus Way to go Bungie lol keep up the good work!!!! Give us a way to infuse the Primary we like with an element and just increase the Shields of enemies. I'd be using a Void FWC Vanity, not many other people would! Variety achieved!!!

2 RepliesI still like the etheric light idea, but I'm also aware that this is the way MMOs work. But if you would make etheric light really rare it would still work. Imagine that only one per week would be obtainable, or that amount of old gear to wear with a certain limit. Problem with House of Wolves was that it was to easy to obtain, you had your beloved old weapons before you had the chance to check out the new pieces (a lot of them couldn't compare too). But putting a limit to it would still ad a wider variety and keep the player base happy.

remember when i first read this i was actually kind of hopeful. but when they gave us the line before TTK came out about how it should so much of a grind i knew they were full of shit. i want this game to be great and it could be. IF THEY FIX THE ISSUES EVERYONE HAS BEEN TALKING ABOUT FOR 3 MONTHS!!!!! keep with the formula bungie, promise the world, slowly milk your community to death. give ppl time to stop being so salty then start all over with the promises.

Every FPS has top tier weapons that people gravitate towards. After 1 year I can see why they'd want to change things up. However nerfing every year 1 perk wasn't necessary with them getting left behind too. It was a waste of time getting my VoG armor to 365 with etheric light.

4 RepliesWow. A trending post on this topic. I posted something similar a few weeks before TTK came out, had the most replies that day by far, but amazingly, it didn't trend. It was like magic. I wonder if the magic is wearing off. But, I'm not gonna complain now. I'm getting my Mida. I'm happy this week. Next week I'll be pissed about my VoC, Oversoul, and my Epilogue (I liked it) along with many others (never got the Fatebringer). But for now, I'm getting my Mida.
