5 RepliesThey're seeing that people leave by dozens of thousands since Fallout 4 came out so they come out with paragraph to reassure those still playing that they're the good guys and you shouldn't leave Destiny UNTIL THE NEXT DLC. You want some DLC spoilers? It will be mediocre. You will wait until its out for absolutely nothing. Then, yet again, Bungie will release the usual "we listen our fans", "we've learned from our past mistakes" and be back at creating yet another ripoff dlc with 2h worth of content for $20. Don't you get it? They don't give a flying f*ck how bad their game is while its selling. If it doesn't sell, only then will you see huge changes. You Desticles are dumb.

6 Repliesamazing how they can still have fanboys after this mess. sure we forced you into buying the same content a few times, made all your progress meaningless, promised not to do it again and then did it to you again. we even took advantage of your gaming addiction to make you gamble real world money on a cosmetic mask that punishes your character for wearing it. we keep taking your favorite gear you worked hard to "earn" and nerfed it into the dirt because all the grade school kids online demand we remove shotguns from the game. when does this get its own south park episode where bungie employees are twisting their nipples reading player complaints?

10 RepliesYou have to have some sort of leveling system. Nobody complained that their green weapons were obsolete when they started getting blues, and there really isn't much difference with what's happening now.

4 RepliesSo wait, you all are mad that a vague promise didn't deliver the specific result you were hoping for? I understand that it's all about their philosophy of letting you keep your favorites relevant still. However, you have to be realistic. What I mean is, they didn't say specifically whether they were talking about whites, greens, blues, purples, yellows, or all of them. It was a general statement that wasn't a real promise. What if I held the position that there was a very specific blue weapon and armor piece that was my "favorite"? Do you think it's realistic that all blues and up should never be obsolete? I could simply say they kept their vague promise by allowing exotics to continue to become the highest level and I would be right. You could say they didn't keep their vague promise because fatebringer is obsolete and you would be right. That's the thing about vague promises. TLDR: If you take a very carefully worded vague promise and ass-u-me that a specific thing was promised, then you are in error. Also, its not realistic to believe my " favorite" vanilla destiny white gun will never be obsolete. P.S. - As a point of clarification, if you're one of those people mad that this statement eludes to legendaries never being obsolete, and you don't feel similarly towards ALL whites, greens, and blues, then you are a hypocrite. If you DO believe ALL levels of gear shouldn't ever become obsolete, then you have very unrealistic expectations.

I'm fine with it. Absolutely fine. I truly don't miss my Fatebringer or Vision or Edict. They were fun, sure, but there's more than enough going on now that I don't miss them at all. They sit in my fault for if they ever become PVE relevant again, but otherwise I've moved on. Try it, it's liberating.
