It's a great idea, and I'm sure many people agree. But then, in the hypothetical situation Bungie implements this, those same people would accuse Bungie of reusing content, lol.

That's why i suggested reusing raid areas. I don't want them to spend too much time/money to develop too many new things in hope that it will increase the odds of this happening.
