I look around, the hallucinations were getting more and more lucid every iteration. I recognize the bodies, so strange. I see The Phoenix's, doing the sign of the cross. I turn away
You can't help the dead.

Edited by jj1042: 12/3/2015 3:23:22 AM*The bodies fall through the floor, into an infinite abyss. As you walk away, something else appears in front of you. It's Ryder being actively possessed by Apothis, and succumbing. However, that's only the most prominent scene. Another in the background shows Cobalt Phoenix in his original garb from the Dojo in a wicked mask, fire spreading everywhere around him. And finally, another scene shows me on my knees, clutching my head and screaming as loud as I can, "GET OUT OF MY HEAD! GETOUTGETOUTGETOUTGETOUT!" Suddenly, all three of the people you know face you, although the scene doesn't change.*

I look up, towards whatever twisted entity was watching. So this is it? Face my fears or go insane, hm? I'm not gonna lie, this is pretty damn sinister, but you must understand one thing about me. I draw my Revolver, seemingly never running out of ammunition. I'm a freelancer. I place the barrel under "Ryder's" Chin. And I get the Job done. I look away as I pull the trigger.

Edited by jj1042: 12/3/2015 5:53:26 PM*Ryder falls over dead, and his body dissipates into mist. The other scenes follow suit, and then you're alone again in the black void.*
Note: this is not the black room I put you in with Morpheel. That room is real, and this area is not.
*Once you blink, your eyes open back to the real world, with me leaning against a wall near you, with two other black arrows sticking out of your chest. However, they're just stuck to the surface of the skin, incapable of causing more than a flesh wound.* "Have a nice nap? I went through the exact same thing as you there, except I had about ten more arrows sticking out of me. Three fears you were presented with, right?" *I look relaxed, but I'm anxiously shifting my arm cannon, ready for you to retaliate in anger.*

I tip the arrows out, tossing them out to the side. I... I saw Ryder. And Cali. I saw you, and Luis. And others. Dead. I hesitate, it's obvious that, though throughout my illusions I acted unfazed, something was off. I saw Bellicose.

"Not surprising. I saw people in cultist outfits trying to kill me. I couldn't see their faces, so I didn't know if I should kill them or not. I was also drowning in tar again, only for my terrified sister to pull me out and try to drop me back in. And then, I failed to save a dying Luis while he was a child. That was a long time ago, however. Those things are messed up, but they're effective at tearing through an opponent's mind." "..." "I guess I should have considered what would happen to a person with their mind mostly intact instead of shattered into bits and put back together like mine. Sorry." *I push myself off the wall, and put myself in front of you.* "Now, let's keep going. Ready?"
-
My response is a barely noticeable nod as I rocket forward, slamming into your face at Mach 2, slamming you into the wall, I push my hand up to your throat, grabbing it and flying upward, dragging you through the wall, I then fly up, when around and throw you to the ground, teleporting down before you land, and grab your legs and slamming you face first into the pavement.

"You son of a bitch!" *I morph into a ball, and then unmorph in order to escape your grasp quickly. Then, I call in my ship. It breaks orbit, and enters the atmosphere at Mach three, and fires something from the missile bay. It lands right behind you, and sticks in the ground. For some reason, a loud whiting is heard, and the pod begins to sink into the ground very quickly, and soon disappears.* *I jump to your right, and begin firing Super Missiles at your right side and back as I run around you. Soon enough, the pod had drilled so far underground that the earth has fallen back on top of it, rendering it inaccessible.* "Now, that machine stops all teleportation of any molecule. It should last long enough for me to either finish this, or disable your capabilities. Now that the battle's a little more even..."
Your teleportation is disabled for 28 turns, and so is any form of teleportation abilities I may have.
*Two clips pop out from my hip armor, and I load them into my cannon. My cannon begins to emanate a dim light.* "Let's give you a taste of the Annihilator Beam."
