He spots a suspicious man in a brown duster and cowboy hat, with a brown beard on his way out of the airport, alone. He looks oddly at passerbys

I read his thoughts to discern who the figure is
-
JT you wonderful son of a bitch! From three hundred soldiers to one hundred and fifty thousand! And what you set up for Lena... If that doesn't land you a night of cuddles I don't know what will. Ugh, these civilians looking at me like I'm odd.
-
I walk over and call your name. You don't recognize me at first but I introduce my self as Allen
-
"So Allen, have we met before?" He asks, with a heavy Texan accent.
-
"Never mind, you look like someone I knew years ago." I turn and get into the taxi I hailed.
-
"And you also look slightly fami- wait a minute, walker, warehouse downtown, some gang. That ring a bell?"
-
I apologize to the driver and stand half out of the hovercab. "Now you're thinking along the lines, it's been awhile."
-
"Quite. What've you been up to?"
-
I crack a smile "Classified unfortunately, what about you, how's your PMC doing?"
-
"Quiet down about that. We've grown quite a bit. You want to see the place for yourself?" He asks, slightly smiling as he loves showing off the base
-
"I would, I came back in town to catch up anyway."
-
"Alright. Follow me" He says, walking through a back enterance to the airport's helipad zone, and boarding a green helicopter
-
I board the helecopter buckling in and putting on the headset
-
He doesn't sit, but instead a hangs off the side with the headset on, nanites swarming around it, letting it sink into my head "It's a few hours away. Take a guess at where it is"
-
"Judging by that thick ole' accent southwestern US."
-
"Not at all. Why base a military where there's another military?" He asks, and the chopper starts flying away
-
"Surprise me then."
-
After a few hours, The helicopter starts flying to the middle of the damn Pacific Ocean, international waters, and you see a large island of steel platforms, tents, an airfield, and even a large house in the middle. "NWH base"
-
"Dam fine base you've got here man."
-
"East topside is training, mid decks is barracks, and bottom is weapon storage. Top right is airfield, mid is medical bay, bottom is food storage. The house is my personal family quarters. One hundred fifty thousand soldiers here, and we got a strip club/bar/dance floor/club at another facility in Texas. That's an understatement" He says, chuckling at the last words.
