The way he walked around the area just made it seemed he's been there for a while. He was wearing black jeans, a red tank top showing his muscularity and built structure. His jaw lines were sharp and he had a scars showing on his arms and around his chest. A little scar laid on the corner of his lower lip as well as his temple. A tattoo was wrapped around his left arm as well, very tribal like. The nice breeze flowed through his hair, the smell of sea salt filled his nose, the sun on his skin and the white sand under his feet. He loved it there. He seemed familiar but something was wrapped in a cloth while slung around his back, but a small spark and a charge would occur from it.[/i] [i][u][b]Open[/b][/u][/i]

[u]Neo-Tokyo[/u] Limbo trained on the roof of his apartment, practicing with his nano tech plasma sword. He swung at a mannequin he stole from a department store, decapitating it, before dropping the sword and filling another mannequin with lead from his revolvers, he then swung his hand at another one, and the sword went back into his hand, slicing the mannequin in half.
