Tracking comes with the selection of a perk

Tracking is a single perk. The other perks aren't even that great in that tree. And no, you haven't. You have brought up one, I repeat one, counter argument. You have by no mean refuted my arguments. Yes, it always has been the case that people cry nerf, most of which are unwarranted. However, there are times in which nerfs are deserving. This is one of them. And no, I don't believe that storm callers are OP. They have range and duration, but no healing. Only 50% damage reduction. Easily shut down able.
