Fallout 4 settlement building QUESTION
I know you can by shipments of steel, wood, cloth and other stuff.
But can you get like oil, springs, and gear shipments?? If so where? (I know that you scrap phones and other stuff but i haven't been collecting in my play through... :( )
So i hope there is a place to buy these things.

Trashcan Carla always has Oil, Crystal and Screw shipments. Springs and Gears, Im not sure off the top of my head, but check out the Junk section of Trader Vendors, you can usually pick some up for a pittance.
