No. Bungies incompetence is the problem. The're fuc[i]k[/i]ing retards that are simply unable to balance anything. And even if they nerf legit things, they're nerfing them to oblivion. Spastics. Destiny's PvP is one of the most unbalanced PvP shitfests ever created.There are things that HAVE to be adressed to improve the game. Just look at the Vanilla-Vex, Felwinter or Sunbreaker. Do you want such things? Well then you're fubar too.
