He's not saying this would be great, he is attempting to show how sunbreaker works atm by asking you to imagine the scenario he poses.
Not saying I agree, cause the supers are too different to flatly compare like that, plus the context of the subclass as a whole, but yeah. Thought I'd clear it up.
