The health back on each kill is broken, not the class ( don't have a Titan, so don't know the actual name of the perk).

Thanks for the info. I wish there was away to put the super on equal terms with the others without compromising its functionality.

The perk is called Cauterize. I main a Titan and don't want Hammers nerfed, but even I have to admit Cauterize is a little broken, but without completing removing it (which is impossible), there really isn't a way to fix it. The only way I can see them changing it is to add a slight delay b4 the health regens, or maybe make the health regen slower. I don't like either idea tho #TitanMasterRace
