There is no doubt what most Americans think about Kennedy. In June, 1985, a Gallup poll asked a sampling of them to identify the three greatest presidents. Kennedy was named most often - 56% follow by various other leaders, Lincoln ect, What are you views on Kennedy as a American today? Is the Camelot theory just a myth? Or was Kennedys achievements all set and planned for him. Debate wether or not, Kennedy handled The 'Cuban Missile Crisis' as a tremendous Leader beating the opposing Russians, or was he reckless that nearly caused a WW3? How about the 'Bay of Pigs' Incident, Kennedy approved about 3500 ex-Cubans to overthrow Fidel in Cuba, and horribly failed. In which after the event happened, Kennedy denied that U.S was involved ? Is the image of Kennedy, as this great, young, handsome , and hero still alive in today's American history, or is there still debates wether or not, he's actually none of those things. Discuss.
