Allow me too be blunt: destiny has a narrative. It's poorly delivered, watered down, chopped up and and last story telling and constancy but is has one. The reason you take a shot at destiny rather than make an actual fact based statement is because you can't. Battlefront literally had no narrative. There's no chopped up story that got rewritten, there's is only objective based pvp. Granted, dice had been very up front about being pvp only and not having a campaign; they also never advertised the game as something it wasn't but to say that it had more of a story than Destiny is factually incorrect.

Battlefront does have a narrative... in the solo modes. Also, it's an established franchise so we have all that narrative.

What is the narrative?

Battlefront 2 had is own narrative that expanded on the already established franchise. Following the clone soldiers from their beginnings was an interesting perspective for a new narrative. As to Destiny, it's extremely linear, poorly presented, poorly developed (as to the rewritten sorry), choppy, and not cohesive enough to really being all that satisfying. Battlefront will be releasing the Jakku DLC in just over a week. Players will be there fighting with no context. We dint kniw who was important, why it was pivotal, or what lead up to that moment. Destiny aside, from what I've seen of battlefront, it has decent gunplay, decent customization, amazing graphics and sound design. Dice has been very transparent about not including way most would call a campaign. Everyone knew what they were buying and that's commendable when compared to destiny. It just seems like a missed opportunity.
