As a starwars fan let me just point out that you called it "stars wars" rather than "battlefront." Yes, when you put both titles together is the actual title and i get that is easier than typing Star Wars: Battlefront. Realistically, it an arcade shooter with star wars skins. To be fair, it's not like fans were promised an elaborate abd detsiled story only for the developer to pull it abd sell it later. Dice has been pretty up front about a lack of narrative. There's simply not much to it. This title is puttinlng all its eggs in the "its a atar wars game" basket. It's an arcade shooter with star wars skins being sold for 110 dollars.

  • People knew what they were getting into but they bought it anyway, they were practically told what their getting and bought it anyway

  • Agreed. Dice was very transparent about the whole thing. To anyone who likes the game, good on you; enjoy it. The reason I didn't buy it was because i knew i wasn't getting the battlefront experience i wanted compared to the previous 2 games i liked. From what I've heard, it's gives you a star wars feeling with the presentation. That's what it was marketed and sold as, nothing more.

  • I myself bought it and regret a little bit, I bought it on preorder around July and played the beta so I was upset with the game, it's an alright game but not one of grind constantly

  • I played the beta. I almost bought it despite the lack of a traditional campaign. In the end, i just could justify to myself, that i spend the money on a pure pvp game that's not really what i wanted. Regardless, much respect to ya. Thanks for the conversation.
