It depends if your using the obviously broken or op secondaries.
For instance year 1 final round snipers like efreedeets, shadow of veils, basically the high impact/aim assist snipers= no skill,
Year 1 pre nerf felwinter, party crasher, matador= no skill

Highest impact though cooled with armor piercing and final round it was the rez snipe god
