Can't access Settings, Profile or any of the Legend community
EDIT: To clarify, this is just one of the codes. Every page gives me a different code, so there is something wrong on my account access here. Maybe something is wrong with the ID number?

That is the error code I get when trying to access anything. This is the series of events:
Never owned or played Destiny. Girlfriend bought it for my birthday (the edition with Kings in it). Friend hears and sends me a recruit link. I click it and find out I have to create an account here.
I create the account and try to click the link again, it says I need to add something via my settings. I click it but there is nothing to add. At this point I click the link again and it tells me that I need to add the game to the account and I can buy it. I already own it so I go to the PS4 and enter the game. I enter the codes for the items and the expansion in the store. I am sitting on the "select your class" screen and wait an hour for the game to connect. I come back and try to follow the link. It tells me to go to the settings page and bam.
I get that error at the top every time I try to go to anything that resembles a page. Any browser, any system mobile or not, laptop, desktop, PS4, I get that error.
I don't even know if I can play the game without missing out on the recruit a friend, so I am sitting here with the game collecting dust :(.
What do I do?
