I went Minutemen
[spoiler]blew up institute[/spoiler]
And the railroad AND BoS are friendly! The railroad gave me a quest to kill BoS and the brotherhood gave me other miscellaneous quests. I am 90% sure this is a glitch because at mass fusion I got a warning that said
If you activate the nuclear reactor this will enemy the brotherhood yet they are congratulating me and my Minutemen lol
