Every god damn time I'm near the end of my card, I get error code Caterpillar. Then when I try to start the game up, I get error code Banjo. Worse of all, it counts as a loss. I've had to restart multiple cards because of this problem. Somebody address to Bungie that we shouldn't take losses for error codes that are out of our control.
