Is my VIP rewards/Veteran's Tour quest.
Bungie, please get back to me on how I'm supposed to resolve this issue, you addressed it as something under investigation over 2 MONTHS AGO, and I haven't heard anything helpful since.
Yes, I qualified.
Owned the special edition since launch, including the season pass and bought TTK collectors edition, so again, yes I qualified (been playing since launch as well).
I checked with Zavalva on every character, as well as active and abandoned quests AND in my collections. Nothing.
I filled out the 'contact form' you guys made, but have not heard anything back. It has been many weeks.
I have made innumerable posts asking for help, even got a reply from bungie on 1, but nothing helpful has been done to resolve this issue.
Please bungie, let me know what I have to do to get this fixed. I've very tired of waiting and just want the items I qualified for. Its getting very frustrating asking for help god knows how many times and getting nothing back in return.
for all the other guardians out there, has ANYONE actually received help on this issue?

Bungie I will continue to make posts/bump. Please give a real answer with some real resolution in mind. I'm trying to be patient but after 2+ months its difficult.

Mine worked just fine. I did hear that there are some bugs. Just be patient and keep posting about this issue
