So synths
Are they people also the way they are made with synthetic human parts not metal are they not human because they lack a "soul" or because they are not created the same?
Edit: You meet a synth in real life it's being hurt to a point where it's crying for help. Do you help it/she/he?

They are killers, and they can easily kidnap whom they wish too, they must be destroyed at all costs.
