It's a bit early, but as Thanksgiving draws near I'm actually thankful for Destiny.
I've made new friends and had some wonderful experiences playing this game. Some of the most memorable moments of this year have come from a raid, tower dance party, Trials or something else Destiny related.
I'm also grateful because twice this year I logged in right after losing a friend. Both times, me and my friends......we didn't talk about it. Not right then anyways. We just played. We were quieter than usual, but I was still able to smile and even laugh during some of the darkest moments of my life.
It's just a game. I get that, but right then it was what I really needed. So I'm thankful that Destiny was there. Thanks Bungie. Hope you guys have a great holiday.
I'll see you star side.

Bungie/Destiny did not do that. Your friendship with your friends got you through that loss. Stop trying to give this game credit where it does not deserve it. You would have gotten the same results on Gta5 or Halo 5 or any other multiplayer game, as long as you had your friends.
