Hello, I have qualified for the VIP Rewards and I never equipped (or even moved any of the items to my characters aside from after the launch) the shaders, the emblem or the sparrow. I even checked my abandoned quests kiosk NOTHING. I am to say the least bummed out. The Quest won't even start for me and it never showed up. Is there any fix that anyone is aware of? Or atlas someone else who's having the same problem.
