Suros Preorder Bonus Disabled

I've upgraded to the PS4 and rebought TTK, but I can no longer access my Suros Shader or Emblem. Is there a way to receive them again?

Did you try going into your library and checking download s for the game might be there and redownload. I've no exp in this just an idea
