With the last patch you added the Refer A Friend Sparrow, Emote, Emblem and Shader to all systems, PS3/PS4/XB360/XB1. Yet you're only allowing current gen (PS4/XB1) customers do the quest to unlock these items. If you plan on adding Refer A Friend to PS3/360 consoles at a later date I can understand but if not then why add these items to the vendors in the first place?
