For me it was this no-name mini arcade game called The Three Wardens within this even bigger game. For someone like me who had little to no understanding of this fight while playing on the hardest difficulty, I had a very difficult time succeeding in beating this. I tried and failed until I finally beat it, only to find a youtube video the following week explaining how to skip this dumb mini-game entirely without penalty. I then proceeded to light myself on fire and jump out a window.
